Ring of Kerry

The story is that a herd of goats once got scared by marauding english and saved
the townsfolk from getting slaughtered by waking them up when they rushed through
the town. The townsfolk built a statue and have a festival every year where some mountain
goat is hoisted on a crane above the town and well fed for a couple of days while
everyone gets pissed and sings a lot.

This has to be one of the windiest spots I've ever been to:
